Position Summary: The Content Strategist will play a pivotal role in shaping our content marketing landscape by building a cohesive brand content strategy , optimizing the customer journey and maximizing lifetime value . This role will focus on crafting compelling narratives that resonate with both B2C and B2B audiences, fostering deeper engagement and diving conversations. The role will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to streamline user experiences, enhance efficiency, and ensure that the right message is delivered at the right time through the right channel throughout the entire customer lifecycle. A genuine interest in improving the lives of seniors, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to simplify complex concepts are essential for success in this role. This is a Remote/Work from Home position reporting to the Director of Marketing. What You'll Do: + Content Strategy Development:Create and execute a comprehensive content strategy including detailed projects scopes and wireframes that aligns with brand goals, including lead generation, customer retention, and service adoption. + Content Creation & Optimization:Work with Marketing team including digital marketing specialists, writers, designers, and website developer to create and deploy content across online and offline channels, ensuring alignment with the customer journey and improving engagement at each touchpoint. + Data Analysis & Insights:Analyze audience behavior, content performance, and market trends to make data-driven recommendations and optimize content strategies. + Project & Priority Management:Oversee multiple projects, manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and ensure content adheres to brand guidelines and platform best practices. + Customer Journey Enhancement:Map and optimize customer touchpoints, personalize content, and address pain points to improve the overall customer lifecycle experience. + Strategic Collaboration:Partner with digital marketing specialists, agencies and other stakeholders to inform content decisions and ensure regulatory compliance. + Performance Tracking:Establish, monitor, and improve KPIs related to content marketing, customer retention, engagement, and lifecycle metrics. + Content Review & Quality Control:Audit content to identify gaps and opportunities, ensuring high-quality, impactful materials that align with business goals. + Team & Vendor Management:Coordinate with internal writers, agencies, and freelancers to ensure timely and effective content delivery. Qualifications: + Bachelor's degree in Marketing , Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience demonstrating a strong foundation in marketing principles and content strategy. + 4-7 years of proven experience in content marketing, with a demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful content strategies across various marketing mediums (includin g online and offline media ). + Hands-on experience building and maintaining customer journey maps, showcasing a deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and the ability to identify opportunities for content optimization at each touchpoint. + Proficiency in creating user flows and customer journeys using tools like Lucidchart Or similar, illustrating the ability to visualize and communicate complex user experiences effectively. + Strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content. + Familiarity with online channels like paid media, email marketing, and SEO best practices and offline channels such as print, direct mail and TV , enabling you to collaborate effectively with specialists in these areas and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement. + Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, including proficiency in using analytics tools to track content performance, derive insights, and inform strategic decision-making. + Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, build relationships, and present ideas clearly and persuasively. + High adaptability and a passion for continuous learning, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and stay ahead of industry trends. Physical Demands: Employees may experience the following physical demands for extended periods of time: + Sitting, standing, and walking (95-100%) + Keyboarding (40-60%) + Viewing computer monitor, tablet and cell phone screen requiring close vision (95-100%) Work Environment 100% Remote: Work environment is at home.
