Our Mission: To create conditions within which people can thrive! The Content Strategist will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing digital content for the organization. The role involves overseeing the development, publication, and maintenance of content across various channels to ensure it aligns with the company's goals, brand identity, and engages the target audience. Creates an online content communication strategy to have quality content revealing to our targets (Blogs - Articles - interactive videos - playbooks - podcasts - Ebook - tutorials - website- social media Facebook, Instagram, TIKTOK). This person obtains leads by creating contents. Responsibilities Content Strategy: Content Managers develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the organization's overall goals and objectives. This involves understanding the target audience, and market trends, and creating a plan for content creation and distribution. Content Creation: They may be involved in creating original content, such as blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, and more. Content Managers often collaborate with writers, designers, and multimedia professionals to produce high-quality content. Content Curation: Content Managers curate existing content to ensure that it remains relevant and valuable. This may involve repurposing content for different platforms or updating older content to reflect current trends or information. Editorial Calendar Management: They create and manage editorial calendars to schedule content publication across various channels. This helps maintain consistency in content delivery and ensures a steady flow of information. SEO Optimization: Content Managers often work on optimizing content for search engines (SEO) to improve the organization's online visibility. This includes keyword research, meta-tag optimization, and other SEO best practices. Content Distribution: They determine the most effective channels for content distribution, whether it's through the organization's website, social media platforms, email newsletters, or other channels. Content Managers may also explore partnerships and collaborations to expand the reach of content. Analytics and Performance Tracking: Content Managers use analytics tools to measure the performance of content. They analyze metrics such as website traffic, engagement, and social media metrics to assess the impact of content and make data-driven decisions. Collaboration: Content Managers collaborate with various teams within the organization, including marketing, sales, design, and product development, to ensure that content aligns with overall business objectives and meets the needs of different departments. Quality Assurance: They are responsible for maintaining the quality, consistency, and accuracy of content. This includes checking for grammatical errors, ensuring brand consistency, and adhering to any industry regulations or guidelines. Adaptation to Trends: Content Managers stay updated on industry trends, content marketing best practices, and changes in consumer behavior. They adapt content strategies accordingly to remain relevant and effective. Qualifications Professional in design, advertising, communication, or related fields with at least 3 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing knowledge and digital platforms management. Communication skills with an advanced level of English grammar. Proactive, easy to adapt to change, critical thinking and problem-solving. Sense of urgency and accountability. Knowledge of industry trends and topics of interest. Be able to find reliable and reputable sources of information. Good time management and ability to relate, collaborate, and work with other teams or departments. Must Haves: Content Creation and Editing: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Familiarity with Google Workspace Content Management Systems: Experience with WordPress Web Content Platforms: Understanding of Drupal for Web Content Management (Wordpress, Joomla, HubSpot CMS, Adobe Experience Manager AEM, Contentful, Kentico CMS, Sitecore, Wix, Squarespace, Weebly) Project Management: Ability to use PM tools for task organization (Airtable, Trello, ClickUp, wrike, Monday.com, Jira, Notion, Smartsheet, Basecamp, Podio, Teamwork) SEO and Analytics: Experience with Google Analytics and SEMrush Graphic Design: Basic understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator) Social Media Management: Ability to use Hootsuite for social media scheduling or Content Calendar Tools such as CoSchedule for content scheduling / META Planner (Buffer, Later, MeetEdgar, Zoho Social, Sprout Media, Social Bee). Manage of quick editing applications such as: CapCut, Canva, or other editing portals. Collaboration and Communication: Familiarity with Slack and Microsoft Teams Google Suite Content Distribution: Knowledge of Mailchimp for email marketing (Constant Contact, HubSpot Email Marketing, GetResponse, Campaign Monitor, AWeber, Sendinblue, Drip, ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, Benchmark Email) Editing and Proofreading: Proficiency in using Grammarly for content editing
