Do you love to write? Can you translate B2B SaaS jargon into content that's confident, clear, and human? Do you geek out on concepting headlines and subject lines (and of course body content) that turn heads and make people click? Are you a stickler for details (and perfect grammar) who can also help keep the entire team focused on the big picture?

We are looking for a Content Strategist who is equal parts content marketer, copywriter, and storyteller to join our team reporting to the Senior Director of Content, Brand, and Design. In this role, you will be responsible for developing content plans that align with the buyer’s journey and crafting the corresponding assets, including social content, blogs, bylines, newsletters, longer-form offers (e.g., ebooks, reports), videos, and interactive web experiences– with an eye toward brand awareness, ongoing conversion and continuous optimization. You should be a self-starter, able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for writing, storytelling, and digital marketing.

You will:

Partner with stakeholders around the business to develop written, video, audio, and experiential content that aligns with target personas and marketing objectives, including corporate messaging, campaign materials, product content, and thought leadership

Drive and execute content marketing strategies that align with our sales goals and target audience

Be a key custodian of the LiveRamp brand platform, and demonstrate outstanding judgment in leveraging specific elements to improve our content for various audiences

Ensure all content meets brand standards and is consistent with our company's tone and voice

Track and analyze the performance of content and make recommendations for improvement based on data, including measuring the success of campaigns

Partner with and advise the Growth, Product Marketing, and Communications teams on new/better/different content strategies and tactics that maximize awareness, engagement, and pipeline

Work cross-functionally with growth marketing, product marketing, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment on new initiatives and campaigns

Your team will champion message consistency across all mediums and will partner with internal teams across the company to ensure all content needs are met.

About you:

4-5+ years of professional writing and editing experience
