The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation, a passion for innovation, and the ability to experiment with AI to produce high-quality, engaging content. This role involves close collaboration with content and technology teams to build meaningful user experiences in the financial services industry.Responsibilities: Develop and refine AI-driven prompt-writing techniques to optimize content quality and accuracy. Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to create AI-powered experiences for financial advisors. Partner with external vendors to develop prompt techniques, tool integrations, and system improvements. Identify innovative content solutions and produce user-focused experiences. Advise leadership on content strategies and AI technology integration. Translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content using AI models. Apply expertise in prompt engineering to test new content and enhance user engagement. Provide creative direction on AI content strategies, collaborating with designers, developers, marketing managers, and business leaders. Partner with user experience teams to set up tests, measure effectiveness, solve problems, and meet communication goals. Develop user-centered experiences that balance business and marketing needs. Pitch and test new content ideas, reduce cognitive load, and create seamless digital engagement experiences. Stay updated with AI and content creation advancements to inform strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Proven experience in creating high-quality content, such as reports, articles, and client communications. Experience using generative AI in a professional or personal capacity. Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity, accuracy, and engagement. Familiarity with AI models and content generation techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Passion for innovation and continuous learning. Preferred Skills: Experience in prompt engineering and fine-tuning AI models. Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and reporting tools. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
