The Content Strategy Lead Role
Are you passionate about crafting digital experiences that truly delight users? Join us as a Content Strategy Lead, where you’ll play a vital role in shaping the way our customers interact with and learn from our Analytics SaaS platform. By leading the charge on content strategy across digital touchpoints—from GenAI chatbots to in-product training—you’ll ensure every interaction is meaningful, engaging, and impactful.

Define and execute a forward-thinking content strategy that enhances user engagement and product adoption.Collaborate with diverse teams, including Product Management, Design, Support, and Education, to create seamless and engaging customer experiences.Lead innovative projects like gamification strategies, microlearning modules, and interactive guides that drive meaningful customer interactions.Work with cutting-edge tools and technologies to refine content usability and measure success through impactful metrics like Monthly Active Users (MAU) and content engagement.
Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
Creating and managing digital content that directly supports customer success, including chatbot responses, e-learning modules, and in-product training.Driving alignment across teams to ensure a consistent, user-focused content strategy that reflects our tone and branding.Using analytics and user insights to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize customer engagement.Enhancing the usability and accessibility of our content to boost platform adoption and community engagement.Defining success metrics and leveraging data to continually refine our digital content strategy, ensuring we meet and exceed customer needs.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
5+ years of experience in content strategy leadership, ideally within a SaaS or software company.A proven track record of developing and managing cross-functional content strategies for digital platforms.Familiarity with GenAI chatbot content creation, in-product engagement, and learning management systems.Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and improvements.Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.A background in user research, instructional design, or content design is a bonus.
