Content Strategy Lead
Job Description The Strategic Enablement Lead will develop and execute strategies that align with the departments short- and long-term goals. This role involves building strong partnerships with stakeholders, creating impactful content, and driving awareness and adoption of strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of business challenges, and the ability to convey complex technical concepts effectively. This candidate will sit onsite 3-days a week in Johnston, IA. We are targeting an hourly pay rate of $55-70/hr based on experience. Skills and Requirements · 7+ years of professional experience developing and guiding content creation and campaigns for internal and external audiences.  · Strong track record working with technical content, including scientific and/or digital technology.  · Proven track record of designing and driving completion of projects while working collaboratively with multiple partners, including senior leaders.  · Ability to work independently with a high degree of initiative.
