You will influence decisions on content identification, collection process, curation, and utilization. You will also influence how the team leverages innovative technologies to automate and enhance the end-to-end user experience. Finally, you will consistently analyze content usage, identify trends and data captured through focus groups, surveys and dashboards to improve speed to market and meeting the needs of the business.
The primary goal of this role is to ensure content meets the needs of key stakeholders and drives consistency of IBM’s message on AI and Hybrid Cloud in market. Success in this role is reducing time for stakeholder to find needed content and increasing the relevancy of content being used in front of prospects, clients and partners.
This role is best suited for an individual who is a natural dot connector, with a firm understanding of content marketing and propensity to working smarter.
