Content System Manager (DAM)

Colleague will be responsible for managing sales enablement content within Aon’s digital asset management (DAM) system. This also includes ensuring content is properly linked within other content systems and shared across multiple teams.
What the day will look like
-Help us implement and deploy our new Digital Asset Management System (including our overall content strategy at Aon).-Implement ou rcontent strategy to ensure the DAM system is up-to-date and easy to navigate for our client-facing colleagues.-Monitor official channels to integrate relevant updates into our systems.-Establish and maintain timelines for content updates.-Keep all necessary documentation updated and organized.-Work with Regional Sales Enablement Leaders, Subject Matter Experts and Graphic Designersto refine and develop content regularly.-Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels and adapt to their preferences.
-Ensure content meets formatting, spelling, grammar, and brand standards.-Champion Aon’s tone of voice across all materials.-Manage competing deadlines effectively.
Skills and experience that will lead to success
-Over five years in business writing, with at least two years in content management systems.-Proven experience in DAM or DAM implementation.-Experience in financial services, risk, or health consulting is a plus.-A bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in creative writing or journalism.-Advanced proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.-Familiarity with style guides and proofing solid skills.-Proficiency with digital asset management software and exceptional organizational abilities.-Ability to work independently or with a team across global regions.
