Responsibilities: * Content Writer 1 will research, plan, design, write, and continuously update game-related content and training materials * Create a wide range of high-quality documentation using clear and concise language * Collaborate effectively with internal teams located around the world to document clear information on tools, APIs, processes, and agent workflows * Create player-facing support content and agent-facing documentation and training materials for new launches and updates * As a Content Writer 1, you will review and edit content provided by partners, players, and the community * Collaborate with program managers and player support to keep up with the latest game developments and to author content that will attract and support players * Use data to inform content and training strategy and improvements * Align with business goals and team priorities
