SUMMARY
Responsible for the creation of written content designed to elevate the Spectrum Reach brand, showcase thought leadership and educate target audiences across diverse channels. This creative team member helps develop Spectrum Reach stories with the goal of driving engagement.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Research, write and refine articles, blog entries, social media posts, and other content that engages the audience and supports our marketing objectives.Deliver agreed upon Creative Brief to meet the project’s needs while matching the company’s brand tone, personality, and language style.Write concise, clear content copy for websites, newsletters, digital publications, email campaigns, blogs, social media, video scripts, and more.Optimize content during creation for SEO.Working with Marketing team members to execute content that meets the overall strategic content plan and editorial needs.Work with Marketing Intelligence and curation team to review content performance and make recommendations for improvements based on data and insights by content typeWork productively and harmoniously as a teammate with marketing team members including brand managers, creative leads, producers, editors, and designers.Work closely with other Creative Services groups to identify opportunities for the team and assist with additional creative projects coming from the field or corporate Marketing.QUALIFICATIONS

The base pay for this position generally is between $50,400.00 and $96,800.00. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive-based compensation such as bonuses.
