We have an immediate opening for a self-motivated team player intern with relevant knowledge and skills to provide marketing coordination to our Infrastructure Group. In addition to the qualifications listed below, the individual will possess a strong “can-do” service attitude.
In this position, the qualified individual will be responsible to:
Create outline, and author responses to create a compelling story for the sections related to standard company informationCo-ordinate with multiple teams to source and consolidate relevant information pertaining to project pursuitsAssist the Pursuit Manager in developing and managing opportunity pursuit plans, response structure, schedules, and milestonesMaintain compliance matrix against the RFI/PQQ/RFP requirementsManage proposal documents and the flow of information to and from proposal participants, including managing the CRM site, and monitoring document version controlSet up meetings for proposal draft reviewsCreate a knowledge repository, reusable artifacts and maintain it for the latest and greatest dataFormate and package the final response document for submission. Qualifications A BA/BS degree with a specialization in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Communications is highly preferredStrong verbal and written communication skills in English requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)Must have or be able to develop proficiency in InDesign software. Graphic skills are a plus Should be an expert in drafting sections like resumes, project team performance, and value which requires creative writing.
