Contingent Labor Program Manager

This role will be responsible for Bath & Body Works' Contingent Labor Program. This individual will be responsible for standardizing processes, enhancing the user experience, optimizing resource allocation, controlling costs, identifying savings opportunities, and driving efficiencies across the business. Additionally, they will monitor Contingent Labor policy compliance and partner appropriately when needed. As the primary point of contact for contingent labor, building and fostering collaborative relationships with external and internal partners will be critical to success in this role.

Responsibilities

Lead the contingent labor program for Home Office and DC populations to ensure compliance with company policy, labor laws and standards

 Review and contribute to contracts, amendments, and other legal agreements with our Managed Service Provider (MSP), Procurement, and Legal partners Perform routine compliance reporting to identify and resolve compliance opportunities ­ Identify process improvements to address risk areas pro-actively

Act as the primary partner for resource managers and departments using contingent labor resources

­Collaborate with key partners to understand business needs and optimize the contingent labor program accordingly Collaborate on contingent labor strategy to support current and future contingent workforce needs Drive cost savings, analyze contingent labor spend, and report to key partners Create and analyze contingent labor workforce reporting to influence budget and headcount conversations as well as department and company strategies

Develop and maintain job aides, training, and tools for internal associates – educational and functional (e.g., process guides, how-to’s, systems navigations)

Primary partner with MSP, conducting weekly meetings

Primary partner with Procurement resource

Maintain VNDLY/Workday system in partnership with MSP and Workday:

­Oversight of approver and security roles Support general troubleshooting of questions or issues for resource managers Support transfers and new work orders for contractors Support time integration from Kronos/ServiceNow into VNDLY Maintain organizational structure within the system, ensuring it aligns with BBW’s organizational structure, and partner with internal IT teams to ensure integrations are maintained and optimized (e.g., SailPoint) Troubleshoot timekeeping issues relating to VNDLY/Kronos integration or timecard concerns

Conduct all work in an ethical, honest, professional, and confidential manner

Build effective relationships with business partners across multiple brands/functions

Qualifications

3-5 years’ experience working in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Finance, or related field Previous experience working with a contingent workforce managed service provider, a plus Knowledge of laws and compliance regulation around contingent workforce practices at the local, state, regional, national, and international level Familiarity with Workday VNDLY or other contingent workforce systems preferred High attention to detail focused on delivering results with an analytical and curious mindset Analyze business needs and resolve issues with innovation and creativity Communicate well at multiple levels - written and verbal Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Self-motivated, self-starting and a curious, creative thinker Ability to execute tasks in a thorough, composed, accurate and timely fashion while managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Education

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
