CONTINGENT WORKER - Telemarketer

Administrative/Sales

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE/SALES – CONTINGENT WORKER

Cold calls to 500+ dormant accounts to determine potential business needsUtilize internal system(s) to determine POC for each accountTrack responses to each touchpointTrack conversion of RFQ to OrderAny/all other tasks as requested by Commercial management team related to overall sales  outreach project.Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

REQUIRED FOR THE ADMINISTRATIVE/SALES – CONTIGENT WORKER

High school diploma required; four-year college degree preferred. 0-2 Years of general business experienceTechnical Expertise: Develops knowledge and skills in basic practices and procedures within own department or area.Applies basic technical skills and knowledge to complete assigned work.Other: Knowledge of various software applications including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.Knowledge of standard office practices and proceduresProblem Solving: Solves routine problems by using standard procedures and/or processes.Responds to standard requests from internal or external customers.Planning and Organizing: Manages own time to meet deadlines through guidance of others within a specified timeframe.Teamwork: Works with others within own area or department to achieve team goals; scope of basic knowledge and skills.Other: Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and make appropriate decisions.
