Your role and responsibilities

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Continuous Improvement Intern to join our team. This internship provides hands-on experience in process improvement and quality management. The intern will collaborate with the Quality & Continuous Improvement team to analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement enhancements across the organization.The work model for the role is: hybridThis role is contributing to the Motion Business in Canada •\tSupport various Continuous Improvement projects, focusing the development and implementation of process improvement initiatives.•\tWork closely with cross-functional teams to build and document business processes; Review, improve, update and standardize processes, procedures and work instructions as necessary.•\tConduct Problem Solving workshops and activities, providing training and ongoing support to stakeholders to ensure they understand processes and work instructions.•\tAssist in developing continuous improvement tools and actively promote continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Qualifications for the role

Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on quality and continuous improvement.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.Familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, and digital process automation is a plus.Strong oral and written communication skills in English and French. French is required. English is also required to communicate with customers outside Quebec on a regular basis.
