Work You’ll Do:

Support development of plans, procedures, and analyses related to continuity of operations, personnel accountability, evacuation and security, and asset risk management.

We help our clients define future state visions, develop strategic roadmaps, establish governance infrastructure, operationalize processes, measure and monitor performance, innovate through technology, and deliver quality program outcomes in an expedited, cost effective and compliant manner. Together we create more resilient communities and responsive ecosystems through incident action planning, grant risk assessments, improving grant processes and operations, future and contingency planning, and data analytics.

Qualifications 

Required:

Bachelor’s DegreeMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureMust be local to Washington DC and able to come onsite in Washington DC.Active Top Secret security clearance required with SCI Eligibility3+ years professional experience supporting emergency preparedness, response, or federal disaster recovery programs3+ year of experience with continuity of operations (COOP) and continuity of government (COG) planning and program concepts such as Business Impact Analysis and Business Process Analysis3+ years of previous experience in one or more of the following areas: emergency management, crisis management, risk management, continuity of operations, business continuity, hazard mitigation, critical infrastructure protection, or resilience3+ years of experience supporting or leading emergency preparedness or response initiatives, including one or more of the following: all hazard or scenario planning; program assessments; risk assessments; exercise planning, evaluation, control, and execution; after action reviews, continuity planning, supporting emergency management response or incident command activities

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,398 to $140,663.

You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
