Job Responsibilities:
You analyze new process automation opportunities, quickly assessing feasibility and accurately estimating development efforts. You perform assessments to identify and prioritize business processes that are potential candidates for automation. You identify and communicate the technical infrastructure requirements and capabilities. You participate in solution testing and implementation phases, providing a consultative role during production deployment. You act as a central point of knowledge and control for business processes, communicating with developers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and business process owners to answer any queries that arise during the development and testing of an automated solution. You configure new processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well-structured, maintainable, and easy to understand. You understand the risks, assumptions, and dependencies associated with the process. You create and document test procedures and scenarios for the pre-UAT (User Acceptance Testing) phases. You support the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases. You document business processes in detail when required. You peer review workflows developed by other RPA Analysts to ensure compliance with internal control, security, and audit requirements.
Job Requirements:
You have a Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field, with full working knowledge and experience in process design, continuous improvement, and robotics automation. You have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement initiatives and programs. You have process-mapping experience (preferred). You have experience with Agile Methodology and Excel Macro Automation. You have Lean Six Sigma certification and continuous improvement experience (a plus). You have experience using PowerBI, SharePoint, and Power Automate (preferred). You possess good communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience. You are a good team player and collaborate well in cross-functional teams. You have strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation. You have excellent interpersonal skills and communicate effectively with process SMEs, business process owners, and the RPA development team. You are a self-starter who delivers high-quality work and can adapt to challenges, either individually or as part of a team. You have the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and conceptualize it as an automated solution. You possess excellent requirements gathering skills, able to capture business processes using existing documentation and process walkthroughs with staff performing the process. You have experience developing and testing software on at least the Windows platform and adhering to a structured and documented methodology. You are amenable to working in Mid Shift and Hybrid setup.#LI-Hybrid
