This individual is responsible for identifying, developing, and implementing strategies and projects that improve efficiency, productivity, and overall performance of the company. The **Continuous Improvement Analyst** will work closely with all levels of management and staff to promote and develop a mindset of ongoing improvement and innovation. The **Morrisville, NC** facility is Catalent’s Center-of-Excellence for Inhalation and Analytical Services with support for an extensive range of small and large molecule analytical projects.
