Continuous Improvement Analyst I

The Continuous Improvement Analyst I offers a chance to drive operational excellence by enhancing processes, systems, and tools for quote-to-cash-related activities. You'll analyze data, collaborate with various teams, and develop improvement plans to optimize efficiency and the customer experience.
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

Help collect and analyze data on quote, order, procurement, factory, and billing processes to determine opportunities and evaluate performance. Support workflow analysis and identify areas for improvement. Collaborate with team members to develop and successfully implement improvement plans. Assist in supervising the effectiveness of implemented improvements. Apply LEAN and project management methodologies in identifying, planning, and implementing initiatives. Deliver vital trainings and materials required in the implementation of new processes, systems, and tools. Prepare reports and presentations on findings and progress. Participate in training sessions and workshops to learn about continuous improvement methodologies.   Who You Are:   You balance planning with actions. You utilize analytical tools to help explore potential scenarios. You make new connections and build relationships in other areas and teams.
  For This Role, You Will Need: A degree in Industrial Engineering, business, or a related field, as well as those with equivalent experience, will be considered. Advanced students are welcome to apply. Minimum of 1 year of experience in continuous improvement. At least 2 years working on quote-to-cash related processes and systems. Proven ability to listen to customers and communicate in a variety of communication settings and audience Able to step up, seize new opportunities, and are ready to tackle challenges and unfamiliar tasks. Curious and a quick learner that is open to experiment to find new solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have highly developed people skills. Top-notch computer skills, especially Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Advanced Excel. Must have advanced oral and written Portuguese and English skills (B2 minimum).
