As a Lean Six Sigma expert, this role will focus on leading high-impact CI projects that deliver measurable financial benefits while enhancing both customer and employee experiences. The CI Coach will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage IT software RFP processes and act as a project manager for key PPO Profits initiatives. Additionally, this role will coach PPO Profits leaders in the application of CI principles, building a culture of continuous improvement throughout the organization.
