Job Description Summary:

Our Site Operational Excellence /Continuous Improvement Coordinator will be responsible to identify opportunities for continuous improvement while managing and disseminating pertinent and accurate correspondence and information as it relates to our CI efforts.

Job Responsibilities and Key Position-Related Duties

Identify and facilitate opportunities for Continuous ImprovementDesign and implement appropriate solutions to implement operational excellence/continuous improvement projects and exercisesmanages the efficient and accurate flow of correspondence and information. Research, determine and suggests ways of improving systems. Serve as an Individual contributor while working under limited supervision.Proactively apply subject matter knowledge; requires capacity to understand specific needs and/or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.

Education and Additional Requirements 

High School Diploma and equivalent work experience.Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

Other Related Skills

Demonstrated good attendance record and reliability.Excellent oral/written communication skillsExcellent organizational and planning skills.Ability to perform multiple tasks frequently in a normal work environment.

Pay Range:

$46,800 - $57,200

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
