This position is responsible for supporting continuous improvement within the American Accounts organization through lean and digital solutions. The Process Improvement Specialist (PIS) is responsible for mapping current service activities and processes in our customer’s paint shops at assembly plants, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvement through lean and digital solutions, and supporting the implementation together with the TSM and CSS Teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate the technical and professional expertise to enhance BASF’s reputation with the customer.
