Continuous Improvement Engineer
Job Description: Continuous Improvement Engineer

The Continuous Improvement Engineer, Quality works across all aspects of operations to identify and implement process improvements. This role involves developing, managing, and leading cross-functional projects aligned with quality goals. The engineer will act as a change advocate, motivating and leading teams using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to achieve sustainable outcomes. This position serves as a communication link between departments to ensure continuous alignment with quality improvement objectives.

This role requires spending 70-80% of the time on the floor or in the lab, and 20-30% in the office. The position includes working in separate buildings for machining, with offices in building 1. The engineer will have their own cubicle. Note that the offices are currently being updated and renovated.
