Job Responsibilities:

Driving enhancement on priorities across key functions: safety, quality, productivity, people engagement and cost managementProvide process engineering professional & technical support to the operational functionDaily support including factory floor problem solving, troubleshooting, training, coachingLead process improvement projects with factory teams to eliminate wastages and lossesUtilize external suppliers, experts, other factories, and corporate team to ensure proper technical solutions are defined and implemented to eliminate root causesDevelop training and skills assessment for operation team membersSupports new product or process implementationEnsure processes & equipment are compliant with all internal and external safety environmental and quality regulationsSupport implementation of continuous improvement and operations management systems

Job Requirements:

A University degree graduate in Engineering.Ability to mine and analyze data for trends/reports.Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills.The ability to interact with and lead a diverse group, including managers, technicians, operators, and subject matter experts.Project Management skills.Strong technical understanding of basic manufacturing equipment.
