The incumbent is responsible for supporting a production operation area, conducting data and process analysis for continuous improvement, production efficiency and capacity expansion in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
Work under leadership of site continuous improvement manager alongside focused engineering and operations teams to build value added solutions. Contribute individually and/or as a team member to support production operations to achieve target output. Work with key local site stakeholders to accomplish goals and objectives to support the site’s continuous improvement roadmap. Build awareness and knowledge in the production shop floor of continuous improvement methodologies. Conduct data collection and process analysis to drive continuous improvement, production efficiency and capacity expansion in a cleanroom manufacturing environment.
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required for this position.
Pursuit of bachelor’s degree in engineering discipline (Industrial, Mechanical).
Must be actively enrolled in an academic program for the entire duration of the assignment.
Strong analytical mindset with ability to work in excel and other data modeling software.
Computer knowledge (MS Office).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Must be able to work in an FDA regulated environment.
Ability to effectively work within a team and cross functionally.
