Job Summary: The Continuous Improvement Internship position serves as an essential part of analyzing operations within our Service Department reporting on and recommending improvements to multiple processes. The goal for the internship is for the intern to gain valuable real-world work experience in their desired career path, while giving Moore's additional support within operations.\n

Responsibilities:\n\nWorking directly with all managers within the Service Department\nAnalyze new ERP software and make recommendations on efficient processes\nAnalyze current processes and make recommendations on improvements for financial improvement\nStrategize for events\/items to maintain and boost team morale\nInteract respectfully and productively with all types of people regardless of social or economic status\nPrepare presentation for Leadership at the completion of the internship\n\n
Requirements:\n\nUndergraduate student pursuing a degree in Business Management\nExcellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work independently while maintaining a team-first mindset\nDesire to learn and grow\nTransportation and ability to commute to the Altavista Offices and our job sites\nGreat sense of humor\n\n
