Continuous Improvement Lead
Job Description Insight Global is looking for a Continuous Improvement Lead (Operational Excellence) + Data Analyst based in Mississauga. This role focuses on driving operational optimization initiatives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. Reporting to the Clinical Services & Operations Manager, the role involves developing and implementing best practices to enhance performance and efficiency, supporting strategic operational transformation, and managing stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities * Evaluate and enhance current processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies. * Track KPIs to measure performance and assess initiatives. * Lead value stream mapping to eliminate waste and streamline operations. * Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures. * Use technology to improve cycle times and quality. * Drive change, mentor teams, and collaborate with business leaders. * Manage projects to achieve business goals. * Create and maintain Power BI dashboards. Extract, manipulate, and validate data from various sources. Skills and Requirements * 2-3 years in Data Analytics and Continuous Improvement. * Proven experience in leading continuous improvement projects. * Strong data analysis and decision-making skills. * Familiarity with LSS and DMAIC methodologies. * Decisive, results-oriented leader with mentoring skills. * Effective facilitator, team player, and change manager. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, SQL, and SAS.
