The person we are looking for will incrementally build capability within teams to improve efficiency using lean methodology on site.
Your responsibility:
Effective leadership and accountability to ensure full compliance to Safety Health Environment policies and procedures,Establish a culture where the entire organisation owns safety and aspires for Zero Harm,Ensure full compliance to Quality process and procedures,Coaching and Mentoring employees,Creating Continuous Improvement (CI) culture on site,Ensuring small project governance,Change management at site level,Manage and lead plant improvement projects at site level.Our Requirements:
Secondary education including GCSE at C+/5+ in Maths and English or equivalent qualifications/ demonstration of proficiency,Minimum 3 years of experience: working within a manufacturing environment / leading teams to deliver change / coaching and mentoring employees / managing teams,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Strong presentation skills,Strong safety mindset,Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills,Ability to plan and manage time effectively,Proficient in MS Office,CI awareness,Language: fluent in German and English.What we offer:
