The role:
In this role, you will be a leading change agent within the business unit, identifying and closing gaps in operational efficiency, utility usage, quality, and safety against approved targets. You’ll drive and embed a culture of continuous improvement across the site, ensuring that robust processes are in place to support and optimise performance in all areas. You will also take full ownership of projects from concept through to handover, delivering them on time, within budget, and to the required specifications, while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality compliance.

 

Implement the existing Refresco Continuous Improvement Methodology.Analyse, interpret and understand data / reports and be able to identify opportunities for improvement action.Collaboratively support and lead multi skilled/cross functional teams.Use a high degree of industry knowledge, product & equipment knowledge, project management experience and relationships across the organisation to enable successful delivery of complex/challenging projects.Coaching & developing to less experienced team members and peers.Enable a legacy of individuals and teams capable of retaining the CI skills used in each project / task.Must be able to not only identify opportunities but can also practically deliver improvement.

 

About you
The ideal candidate is a resilient and strategic change leader with a strong track record in driving continuous improvement and operational excellence. They will be skilled at identifying cost-saving opportunities, boosting efficiency, and enhancing safety and quality. With proven leadership and business acumen, they’ll confidently deliver site goals through effective prioritisation and cross-functional collaboration. Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills, along with integrity and the ability to influence at all levels, are key to success in this role.
