Continuous Improvement Manager
The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for organizing and facilitating project-based endeavors, which may include identifying and resolving operational issues, enhancing productivity, reducing waste, improving customer service, or reducing costs. This position is advocating the proliferation of Lean Six Sigma culture across all levels of the organization and driving the engagement of our employees in findings ways to improve their processes thru the continuous improvement programs. This position is accountable for the alignment of business objectives on our performance scorecard and quarterly incentives program. This position is also a change agent where it challenge organizational leaders to take continuous innovation to the next plateau and remove organizational barriers to the continuous improvement process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage the department programs & activities including planning, budgeting, and performance review Lead overall deployment of Lean Six Sigma Program from training module development, training facilitation and project coaching.  Lead the design and development of company Quarterly Incentive Program (QIP) and alignment of scorecard across business units. Drive the overall program deployment of idea intake, continuous innovation journey and ensure alignment of the activities with our process maturity level. Collaborate with Human Resources to drive the local Lean Sigma rewards & recognition programLiaison with external consultants in providing technical support and benchmarking of advanced problem-solving methodologies.Complies with all company standards and procedures.Executes, contributes to and participates in 6S activities within assigned station/area.Complies with all the company and all other applicable local safety regulations.
