You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for process optimization, enhance operational efficiency, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible also for developing agile practices within our teams. **Job Responsibilities** + Lead a team of Continuous Improvement Experts and Agile Scrum Masters providing direction and support to achieve our companies’ goals + Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency. + Benchmark processes, both internally and externally, and strive to introduce and implement best in class practices and solutions + Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and eliminate waste. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with business goals. + Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives. + Provide training and support to employees on continuous improvement tools and techniques. + Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization. **Background & Skills** At Danfoss, we believe that a diverse and inclusive workplace fosters creativity, innovation, and a broader perspective in decision-making.
