**Job Description**
In the role as **Continuous Improvement Manager,** you will be responsible for leading and implementing continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify opportunities for process optimization, enhance operational efficiency, and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
You will be responsible also for developing agile practices within our teams.
**Job Responsibilities**
+ Lead a team of Continuous Improvement Experts and Agile Scrum Masters providing direction and support to achieve our companies’ goals
+ Identify and analyze process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
+ Benchmark processes, both internally and externally, and strive to introduce and implement best in class practices and solutions
+ Develop and implement strategies to streamline operations and eliminate waste.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and ensure alignment with business goals.
+ Monitor and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives.
+ Provide training and support to employees on continuous improvement tools and techniques.
+ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.

+ Bachelor’s degree in engineering
+ Strong leadership and project management competences
+ 5+ years of experience in driving Continuous Process Improvement projects in an international manufacturing company
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
+ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
+ Work fluently in Polish & English in reading and writing
