Continuous Improvement Manager
Job Description: Continuous Improvement Manager

This individual is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting production data to drive transformational improvement while also assisting in mentoring and leading the facility through change management. Primary objectives include cost reduction, safety and quality improvements, process efficiency, and change management. This individual will work closely with production, analyzing key issues on the floor and putting together a plan to become more efficient.

ResponsibilitiesCollect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify areas for improvement.Drive transformational improvement initiatives within the facility.Mentor and lead the facility through change management processes.Collaborate with production teams to analyze key issues on the floor.Develop and implement plans to enhance process efficiency.Focus on cost reduction, safety, and quality improvements.Essential SkillsContinuous improvementValue stream mappingTime studiesLean Six SigmaGreen Belt certification (preferred)Minimum 3 years of experience with Continuous Improvement within ManufacturingAdditional Skills & QualificationsAnalytical ability to break down complex problems into manageable pieces.Creative thinking and fact-based data collection.Proficient at building trusting relationships and motivating others.Leadership skills and ability to drive positive change within the organization.Self-starter with high goal-setting and achievement capabilities.Experience with Lean enterprise or office transformation.Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel.Skilled in Minitab and data analysis.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $43.27 - $52.88
