Continuous Improvement Manager

The Continuous Improvement Manager role will lead and execute high-impact process improvement initiatives across Shamrock Foods Company, driving measurable performance improvements in alignment with the company's goals. This role reports to the Head of Business Process Improvement and focuses on enhancing operational efficiency, reducing waste, and mentoring team members on process improvement methodologies while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. As a pivotal member of the Business Process Improvement team, this role ensures Shamrock maintains its commitment to delivering innovative solutions and exceeding customer expectations.

Essential Duties:

Lead cross-functional teams through process improvement, design, reengineering, and transformation projects, ensuring on-time and successful completion  Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address operational inefficiencies and business challenges Train, mentor, and coach other team members in process improvement methodologies Establish performance metrics and ensure consistent tracking of project impacts and outcomes Partner with leadership to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities aligned with strategic objectives Communicate project progress, risks, and success stories to stakeholders at all organizational levels Maintain strict compliance with Shamrock's policies, quality standards, and applicable regulations Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and shared accountability for success Responsible for communicating business-related issues and opportunities to the next level of management Responsible for complying with company procedures and policies and all Local, State and Federal Laws and Regulations. Performs other assigned tasks, as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred) Certified Six Sigma Black Belt with a proven track record of successful project delivery 8+ years of experience leading large scale process improvement, design, reengineering and transformation projects Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in statistical tools (e.g., Minitab). Strong written and verbal communication skills Operations, Supply Chain, and/or Finance and Accounting experience preferred
