About the Role

 

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the technical capabilities of our team and driving workforce transformation.  You will lead value improvement processes, promote a data-driven culture, and guide the CI team in deploying the JTE program. Your responsibilities will include:

 

Recommending and leading site value improvement processes to meet continuous improvement targets Enhancing site digitalization and automation competency via a digital & automation roadmap Guiding direct and indirect reports on all functional TPM pillars Leading, budgeting, and managing strategic improvement initiatives and associated projects Contributing to and supporting plant leadership teams’ strategic programs

 

About You

 

We are looking for a degree-qualified professional with a strong background in manufacturing operations, preferably in FMCGs. You should have a high level of mastery in Lean Six Sigma principles, TPM, Change Management, and Organizational Effectiveness. Key qualifications include:

 

Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing operations Strong technical and analytical skills in technology change, design modification, and process optimization Proven experience in leading management and non-management teams Ability to analyze data and develop metrics to identify trends and improvement strategies Experience handling budgets and leading CapEx and OpEx based projects for site growth and performance Proven experience in running site strategic plans and programs and related change management
