Continuous Improvement Manager
Job Description

We are looking for a continuous improvement manager who will take the lead in driving and implementing initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and optimizing processes across the organization. You will be working closely with multiple departments, identify improvement opportunities, streamline operations, and promote a culture of continuous enhancement. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing agile methodologies within our teams.

Job Responsibilities Lead overall continuous improvement activities in the factory, providing guidance and support to achieve company objectives to all employees Identify, assess, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Research and benchmark internal and external best practices to integrate industry-leading solutions. Develop and execute strategies to optimize operations and reduce inefficiencies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements that align with business goals. Track and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives. Provide training and mentorship on continuous improvement tools and methodologies. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous development throughout the organization. Background & Skills Should have strong leadership and project management competences Graduation in  Engineering/technical field with 5+ years of experience in driving Continuous Process Improvement projects in an international manufacturing company Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Superb communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Should be a strong communicator in English Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow
