You will be working closely with multiple departments, identify improvement opportunities, streamline operations, and promote a culture of continuous enhancement. Additionally, you will play a key role in developing agile methodologies within our teams. **Job Responsibilities** + Lead overall continuous improvement activities in the factory, providing guidance and support to achieve company objectives to all employees + Identify, assess, and implement process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. + Research and benchmark internal and external best practices to integrate industry-leading solutions. + Develop and execute strategies to optimize operations and reduce inefficiencies. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements that align with business goals. + Track and report on the progress of continuous improvement initiatives. + Provide training and mentorship on continuous improvement tools and methodologies. + Foster a culture of innovation and continuous development throughout the organization. **Background & Skills** + Should have strong leadership and project management competences + Graduation in Engineering/technical field with 5+ years of experience in driving Continuous Process Improvement projects in an international manufacturing company + Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills + Superb communication and interpersonal skills + Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams + Should be a strong communicator in English **Danfoss – Engineering Tomorrow** At Danfoss, we are engineering solutions that allow the world to use resources in smarter ways - driving the sustainable transformation of tomorrow.
