We’re seeking a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead a dynamic team focused on helping customers optimize operational efficiency through data-driven insights, configurations, and system optimizations. This role plays a key part in ensuring that customers take full advantage of the latest features of our automation technology, driving tangible improvements in their operations.

Key Responsibilities Team Leadership & Strategy Lead and manage a small team of professionals experienced in industrial engineering, operational excellence, and data analytics. Define and execute initiatives to optimize customer operations and the customer experience. Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence. Operational Optimization & Customer Success Work closely with customers and account teams to assess and enhance warehouse efficiency and system performance. Conduct operational health checks, ensuring customers maximize benefits from Ocado’s technology. Analyze customer data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement. Data-Driven Insights & Innovation Collaborate with customers and internal teams to generate actionable insights from operational data. Support data analytics-driven decision-making, ensuring customers continuously improve performance. Partner with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to enhance automation solutions. What You Bring Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or a related field. 3+ years of experience working within the Material Handling industry 3+ years of experience in process optimization or a similar field. Proven experience managing a team, preferably with mixed disciplines such as industrial engineering and data analytics. Strong analytical skills with expertise in data-driven decision-making and process improvement. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
