Intapp is seeking an experienced a Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process improvement initiatives among Client Services stakeholders through identifying improvements, developing strategies to optimize performance, and implementing changes that drive business growth. The ideal candidate for this role should have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of Lean methodologies, and excellent communication abilities to work effectively with all levels of staff.
What you will do:
Developing and executing improvement strategies using methodologies like Six Sigma, Lean, or KaizenLeading cross-functional project teams to create new processes and implement changes to ensure smooth transitionsFacilitate change management and communication strategies for projects; engage relevant internal and external stakeholders to enable the achievement of project objectives and deliverablesMonitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of improvement initiatives and making necessary adjustmentsEncouraging a culture of continuous improvement within the organizationConsult on the detailed project planning for CI projects; contribute to a successful design, build, test, launch methodology. Advise on the Continuous Improvement Project Roadmap, develop project plans for CI Projects and collaborate with the team on tasks related to scoping, planning, scheduling and coordination of internal programs, initiatives and projects. Analyze lessons learned; identify patterns and opportunities to improve enablement practices within CSVS and our Partner Community.What you will need:
