Could This Be For You?Lead quality and improvement initiatives for a central fabrication facility and act as an internal consultant for the Hanger Fabrication Network (HFN) in the area of lean manufacturing.
Your Impact Lead improvement activities including the integration of Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) and introduction of new products and/or processes for a central fabrication facilityLead the implementation of a Quality System to meet ISO 13485 standards; implement metrics and tracking mechanisms to drive continuous improvementManage a manufacturing staff engineer to support training and tracking of continuous improvement activitiesImplement and oversee Kaizen eventsCollaborate with HFN leadership on manufacturing standards and process improvement objectives across the network Minimum Qualifications
Required
Bachelor’s degree.Minimum of 8 years of related experience.Preferred
