Strong direct experience in packaging and product labeling and a good understanding of medical device landscape, including IFUs, User Manuals, package labeling, online printing and package engineering.Understanding of labeling and packaging regulations and the impact of these on processes systems and tools used for packaging and labelingDelivery of project milestones that support process / technology and other initiatives across the Packaging & Labeling organization that improve quality, cost, delivery and compliance leveraging experience in the Life Sciences industry Working across and up an organization as well as cross functionally, managing and assigning tasks to project resources to ensure high quality, on-time completion of project deliverables. Deep experience in lean sigma and continuous improvement as well as expert project management and KPI skillsHave expertise in, and / or the ability and interest in developing a strong understanding of the PDP process and our product portfolioYou have strong software tools skills specifically related to project management (e.g. advanced experience in Excel, Project, Powerpoint, etc.)Are interested in not only driving your own projects but helping others to understand tools and systems to deliver on key improvement strategiesWillingness to share your knowledge and learn new thingsRequired skills to have for the success of this role
BA/BS in Life Sciences, Packaging and/ or Labeling, Project Management or related fieldMust have direct experience in packaging and / or labeling in the medical device or pharmaceutical industriesBlack Belt or Master Black Belt in Lean Sigma preferred, not required (may be company specific version)Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred, not required5-8 years + experience in life sciences industry, preferable working in the labeling area4+ years as project or program manager focused on continuous improvement, and/or large scale packaging or labeling programs Willing to travel 10% - 15%#LI-BH1

The pay range for this position is $160,000 - $190,000 U.S. dollars annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, as well as where the work will be performed. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
