Job Summary
As a CI Specialist, you will assist in the development, design, scheduling, and coordination of training and CPS activities under the direction of the Continuous Improvement Manager. This is an on-site position.
Position Responsibilities
Maintain professional communication with Management, Safety and Quality, Team Leads, Leads, Maintenance, Sanitation to drive the Conagra Performance System (CPS) culture.
You will use the Continuous Skills Development (CSD) process to:
Manage document control for training job aids such as One Point Lessons (OPLs), standards, SOP's, playbooks, work instructions and training videos ensuring all meet the plant standards.Coordinate and help create all training documents associated with the new trainees for all departments while partnering with the CSD team and department leaders.Help develop Skills Element Tree and Skills Validation Checklists and partner with teams to validate skills on a regular frequencyParticipate in CSD work streams to ensure CSD activities are sustainableWork with plant leaders to ensure quality training programsLead and engage with team to improve training curriculums and standard workTrain employees on procedures and maintain training recordsWork with plant team to find and fill gaps in skill development throughout the plantSupport a culture built around continuous improvement and changeYou will coach CPS methodology and skills to define gaps and use problem solving tools to implement improvements to eliminate losses.
Coach personnel in the CPS culture and behaviors necessary to achieve key performance indicator targets.
Position Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred or a high school diploma or GED equivalent required.3+ years of previous experience in continuous improvementPrevious experience working in a Manufacturing setting.Excellent reasoning skills – ability to define problems, collect data, analyze and make conclusions.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Microsoft technical experience (PPT, Excel, Word)#LI-Onsite
Compensation:
Pay Range:$62,000-$91,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
