Job Responsibilities:

1. To track the progress and principles of Operational Excellence implementation across the organization.
2. To coordinate the Root Cause Investigation (RCI) process and monitor the completion status of RCI events, assessing their effectiveness.
3. To  facilitate site-wide Point Kaizen activities, including promotion, submission tracking, and the review and awarding programs.
4. To organize site-wide continuous improvement initiatives, such as the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP) forum and Operational Excellence (OpEx) Day.
5. To manage the operations of the Master Black Belt (MBB) and Black Belt (BB) panels.
6. To provide support for the Operational Excellence (OpEx) sub-hub operations.
7. To Implement Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and eliminate non-value-added activities.
8. To stay updated on corporate operational excellence content and best practices, incorporate relevant innovations into the organization's processes.

Job Qualification:

1. At least Master Degree (Industrial Engineer, Management or Engineer related), 2. Green Belt, Black Belt or Any Six Sigma Equivalent Certification is preferred.
