Position Summary The Continuous Improvement Specialist has the primary responsibility for the development and deployment of the tools, methods and processes that make up the Parker Lean system (PLS). Ability to lead and facilitate lean kaizen events to drive business performance improvement. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
