Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the deployment of the continuous improvement strategy for a local organizational unit, including promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Each day, you will mentor and coach teams to achieve operational excellence and drive improved results. You will also showcase your expertise by deploying and leading projects to improve and sustain local business performance.The work model for the role is #Linkedin- Onsite.This role is contributing to the Electrification Business Bengaluru, India.You will be mainly accountable for:•\tResponsible to monitor In process inspection & Final inspection of Low voltage products like ACB, MCCB, Contactors & Relays.•\tCreate Quality plan/Control plan, Patrol inspection/Final inspection checklist, Deriving CTQs and Qgates..•\tMonitoring of process controls and First Pass yield monitoring and improvement.•\tIdentify continual improvement projects and Opex projects.•\tResponsible to coordinate to customer audit FAT/Certification Audits like UL/CSA/CCC & ISO.

Qualifications for the role

\tDiploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical engineering.\tMinimum 8 Years of experience in similar role.\tProficient quality tools like FMEA, 7 QC tools, 5S, 5Why, Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, SPC, DMAIC & 8D Root cause analysis and Good Analytical skills.\tExperience in Low Voltage switchgears, MCCB,ACB, Contactors and Thermal overload relays
