Project Management + Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from inception through completion. + Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with manufacturing goals and timelines. + Document progress, changes, and improvements, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Employee Training and Development + Conduct hands-on training and workshops on Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and process improvements. + Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing employee development in continuous improvement. + Mentor and coach team members to foster an environment of ownership and proactive problem-solving.
