Project Management + Lead and manage continuous improvement projects from inception through completion. + Monitor project milestones and ensure alignment with manufacturing goals and timelines. + Document progress, changes, and improvements, providing regular updates to stakeholders. Employee Training and Development + Conduct hands-on training and workshops on Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and process improvements. + Develop training materials and resources to support ongoing employee development in continuous improvement. + Mentor and coach team members to foster an environment of ownership and proactive problem-solving. Continuous Improvement Culture + Act as a champion for continuous improvement, encouraging team members at all levels to participate in process enhancements. + Develop and maintain a knowledge base of best practices in manufacturing and continuous improvement. + Promote a culture of continuous improvement through regular engagement with employees, workshops, and team meetings. **Qualifications** **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field. + Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred). + 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting. + Strong knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma tools, and time-study methodologies. + Proven experience in leading and managing projects focused on process improvement. + Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to train and influence teams. **Job Locations** _US-TX-Temple_ **ID** _2025-26966_ **Category** _Administrative/Clerical_ **Position Type** _Full Time_ **Pay Type** _Hourly_
