Grundfos provides free professional training and personal development opportunities in an international environment. **Key Responsibilities** + Coordinate all aspects of complex Continuous Improvement projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. + Provide Lean expertise and support factory management using tools such as QRQC, VSM, Lean Line Design, TOP10 tools, and GPS (Grundfos Production System). + Actively participate in the digitalization journey, serving as an ambassador and super user for new digital tools. + Develop and implement CI plans at the factory level, estimating costs, resources, and time required for project phases and monitoring activities to achieve targets. + Lead CI meetings, Kaizen Workshops (KWS), Step Change projects, and prepare regular reports to communicate project status internally and externally. + Lead local GPS projects and motivate production team members to establish a culture of continuous improvement. **Requirements** + Master’s Degree, Bachelor’s Degree + Proficiency in SAP and MS Office tools, with a high-level knowledge of Power BI/Power Apps. + Industry experience within a business environment, primarily in large manufacturing settings. + 2-4 years of relevant work experience. + Strong influencing skills and the ability to motivate others. + Proficiency in English and Hungarian **Location** Tatabánya **Why Grundfos** At Grundfos, we attempt to do things that others cannot or dare not do.
