Responsible for the training program. **Responsibilities & Tasks:** **Kaizen** + Coach and Leader of Kaizen and Kaizen Blitz **5S** + Support 5S program to generate (5S Audit calendar, share scores by areas and follow up close action) **Hirings** + Conduct the New hiring CI trainings **Industrial Eng.
