Learning Objectives

Gain an understanding of Lean Manufacturing and related conceptsDevelop an understanding of the Continuous Improvement & Training impact on the production processUnderstand the rationale of a training program geared toward newly hired employees

Core Duties and Responsibilities

Create high level training outline for production new hiresGenerate department specific training programs outlinesExecute and evaluate effectiveness of training programs with new hires

Education and Qualification

Pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in or a related programMust have reliable transportation to the officeExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPossess solid hands-on approach to problem-solvingDemonstrated analytical abilities with strong attention to detailExcellent follow-through Must be driven and self-motivated

Estimated Base Salary Range:

$21.00 - $25.00
