QualificationsBachelor degree or higherMinimum of 10 years professional experience in automotive industryDeep knowledge of the automotive industry and its processes esp. Japanese OEMsManagement experience in sales function in an international cross-functional teamInternational project management experienceLanguage skills: Japanese and fluent EnglishExcellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively across cultures and regions
