C&B and HR controlling officer La Samaritaine:
Join the Samaritaine HR team to support the management of payroll, HR budgets and remuneration.
Reporting to the HR process manager, your main missions will be
Social management control:
• Monitoring, reporting and analysis of headcount and payroll at headquarters and in stores.
• Preparation of budgets and payroll reviews: budget construction. Animation of the calendar on the process
• Production of mandatory social reports (such as Social Balance Sheets, Annual Reports, etc.)
• Responses to DARES/Insee surveys, Gender Equality Index and others
• Support on requests for queries, analyses and ad hoc reports including the preparation of data in the context of negotiations with social partners (NAO, Profit-sharing, etc.)
• Provides figures and analyses by proactively and pedagogically seeking to respond to the business and HR challenges of La Samaritaine. Ability to make the figures speak and make recommendations to support the development of the company.
Compensation & Benefits:
• Annual salary reviews: preparation of materials/tools, monitoring of the annual process up to the compilation of data and the synthesis and concrete proposal and adapted recommendations
• Guarantee the smooth running of the annual salary review process
• Develop relevant presentations to support the measures envisaged concerning salary reviews and budgets with the various internal and Group contacts.
• Ensure the optimization of social benefits (healthcare costs, pensions, supplementary pension) and protect the balance of contracts
• Compensation surveys (MERCER, Korn Ferry, etc.): responses to surveys and analysis of results
• Manage the implementation of the benefits offered by La Samaritaine: deferred compensation (profit-sharing, PPV, shareholding and employee savings - PEE, Perco), social benefits (retirement, pensions, health costs), and benefits in kind (car, telephone, laptop, meal vouchers, transport allowance, housing assistance, etc.).
Profile:
• With a Bac +5 level education with a specialization in Finance or Human Resources
• 5/7 years of minimum experience in a similar position.
• Sense of service and good adaptability to respond to multiple requests
• Proactive and comfortable in change support contexts.
• Rigorous, comfortable with figures and able to communicate with finance.
• Ability to make figures speak in response to business and HR issues
• Professional English and French fluent in oral and written communication
• Mastery of the office pack and in particular Excel and presentation tools
• Force of proposal
