Job Objective

 

Process Projects 

Set-up/Data Entry of current studies into SAP system, including entry of study information, creation of item numbers, creation of bills of material, etc. 

Support with organizing  New Hire / Training information for Clinical Supplies 

Organizing meetings as necessary  

Assist with standard operating procedure (SOP) updates 

Team to provide content, Fellow will support the gathering of the information and updating the draft SOPs.  

Program / Study Support 

Reconciliation of various studies 

Putting together close-out documents and reconciliation 

Monitoring of material destruction 

Processing temperature excursions 

Support with trial master file(TMF) activities

Tasks/Responsibilities   

Completing all assigned tasks and assisting with day-to-day operations. 

Participating in meetings, workshops, and other learning opportunities. 

Observing and learning from experienced staff members. 

Gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes. 

Taking detailed notes and liaising with Managers, Supervisors, and other senior staff. 

Fulfilling any requirements and meeting goals set out at the start of the Fellowship. 

Following all company regulations, and health and safety codes. 

 

Experience / Qualifications  

Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences or related field

Excellent written, verbal, communication and interpersonal skills. ​

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite with strong working knowledge of excel

Superb attention to detail

Strong leadership skills

A positive attitude and willingness to learn. 

Excellent time management skills.  

This is a one (1) year Talent Pipeline Program and the candidate/applicant must be able to complete the entire one-year program  

Fellow must be a recent college graduate
